Joining forces with Becky after popular request, we’re headed back to Oliva and our orange-grove-nestled finca, on the Costa Blanca, Valencia, to offer you a retreat with a difference.
This In-House Retreat revisits last years’ Spring Retreat and popular 1st-of-the-series of Beachside Rustic Retreats on the Art of Fitness.
This long weekend will offer you the chance to explore your Creative Core to the max, in a stunning setting surrounded by orange trees, 5 minutes from the beach.
A Mix of Yoga, VOGA and Art will take you on a journey of discovery with ‘The Body.’
You’ll Breathe into the Body with Yoga.
You’ll Move to the Beat with VOGA.
And you’ll Find the Curve of the Body with Art.
Balancing the physical aspect of this Retreat will be the Therapeutic Experience of Art and Drawing, designed to help you tap into your Creative Subconscious and ‘With draw’ Movement from the Body.
As a gift, Each guest will be drawn by Artist Becky with her free-hand Fashion Illustration.

Welcome to the Casa for a dream collaboration with Yogi, holistic Healer, ritual reveller, house enthusiast & soulful Strategist Pip Taverner.
Pip will curate joyful supportive classes to accommodate every level of yogi, while challenging and empowering you throughout the weekend on your path of self-realisation.
Backing up these Yoga Classes will be mediation, journaling sound healing & ritual revelry to help you shift perspective and leave you open-minded and refreshed. Pip is a Big believer in writing your own rules and making them work for you. She will intuitively guide you in this quest.
Accompanying Pip, Juju Murrell, will offer her celebrated VOGA sessions, rooftop & beachside to add a flowing uplifting & upbeat experience to the retreat. Both instructors love of Ibiza & house music (Pip is also founder of Groove Om & became a Voguette in 2023) is a unique element of this retreat with a fine balance between honouring the spiritual yin of yoga with a more flamboyant yang of dance.
Delicious Locally-Produced Vegan Meals, fresh juices, Meditation Walks, plus trips to the beach, local castle and a night at a beach restaurant will wrap up the week.
Massages are available as optional extras.
Transfers by local transport are easy from Valencia airport. (Alicante is a taxi only option) We will help to co-ordinate your transfer with other guests to the CASA either in a shared taxi or share coach times to oliva.)

Welcome to the casa for a long weekend of Pilates, Bodytalk & Flow all set against a backdrop of mountains, orange groves and beachside off the coast of Valencia.
Your Retreat hosts will take you on a journey of the Body with complimentary techniques to balance your mind, body and soul and leave you feeling invigorated and aligned!
Kerrie Ann is all about posture. Pose + ‘Ture (Couture Pose)
Once you find your own unique alignment you’re set to style your way through life with poise & power.
She’ll tune into your body and expertly whip you into shape with critical prowess. “You’ll learn more about your body in an hour with Kerrie-Ann than you will in a lifetime of hanging out with yourself!”
Kerrie- Ann will lead the retreat with intro individual postural/alignment assessments. This will allow you to get the maximum out of the experience from the start with a new physical awareness.

Accompanying this, Juju Murrell, will offer flowing, releasing, expressive sessions combining Yoga and her celebrated VOGA style both beachside and rooftop at the Casa. The weekend will roll out to a soundtrack of relaxing Balearic beats.
